Our Return and Refund Policies

Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policies

- Payment should be 50% while starting a project.
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees are inclusive of GST unless specified.
- All invoices are to be processed as per the schedule via your preferred method of payment.
- Final payment must be made prior to the website/application/project going live.
- Receipt of payment is deemed as acceptance of the quote, milestone, delivery, project and terms & conditions.

Refund & Cancellation Process:

(i) AAA HIGH TECH only collects advance payment of 50% of the total value for any service that is rendered on www.aaahightech.in after booking Projects & showing the basic design to customers and such advances are refundable, But advance will be refund after deducted all Govt. Taxes + Service Charges.

Note: The customer will be refunded only if he/she cancels the project order within 3 days of making advance payment (50%) and if he/she cancels after 3 days then his/her advance payment will not be refunded.

(ii) From the time the project starts, the customer can request cancellation before the project is completed till 75%. But after the project is complete more then, i.e. after the project is completely live if the customer requests for cancellation of his project or payment refund from AAA High Tech then that request will not be honored. After the project is completed, the company does not reverse any kind of payment.

Note: Customer can cancel his project order till 75% part of the project is completed, if the project is more than 75% complete then the project order will not be cancelled.

To the full extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, inducements or representations whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise (other than the express provisions of these terms and conditions) relating in any way to the services we provide to you is excluded. Without limiting the above, to the extent permitted by law, any liability of “AAA HIGH TECH” under any term, condition, warranty or representation that by law cannot be excluded is, where permitted by law, limited at our option to the replacement, re-repair or re-supply of the services or the payment of the cost of the services that we were contracted to perform.

Credit/Debit Card/ Internet Banking/ UPI/QR Payment

If a Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking and UPI/QR was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, the amount paid will be refunded/ will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking and UPI/QR account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate a refund within a maximum of 7 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking and UPI/QR account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after the confirmation of refund by AAA HIGH TECH.
